"Amy is an amazing therapist, and if you are experiencing pain, she is the one to see. Frequently my visits have followed a long drive, with my back aching, but I always leave relaxed and pain-free. I’m looking forward to another visit soon. I want to try her cupping next time. The facility is top notch, tasteful, and spotless. A cut above other spas in the area, but with the same pricing. I had not read any of the reviews here until I had decided to post one myself. Unfortunately the last one was left by a person who does not understand either Asian massage technique or the mechanics of running a small, walk-in business."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY! I regret I couldn’t give this small business a better review.. To begin with the massage therapist was polite sounding over the phone & was fairly honest & proactively made me aware that the business opened at 10am but she preferred I arrive at 1030am to give her enough time to prepare. WRONG. I arrived at 10:25am and she rushed from the back & swiftly advised me she needed a few more minutes bc she was running late & needed to prep my towels. No problem. I had a few minutes to spare. Did I mention it was my birthday and I desperately needed some personal time to relax & reset? She proceeded to ask me if I wanted 1 hr. I confirmed. She asked if I wanted regular oil or essential oil. I selected essential lavender oil for an extra $20. She asked me to go into the room and get ready. No problem. WRONG. She scurried in and begin the massage. ONLY TO BE INTERRUPTED by several phone calls & walk in customers. I couldn’t believe how many times she left my side to speak with other customers & answer the phone while I’m on the table listening as she explained her services and schedule appointments. At a minimum 10 mins of my spa experience was wasted. BY NOW I AM FEELING CHEATED. Hire a front desk person or allow calls to go to voicemail when customers are being serviced. Did I mention you MUST PREPAY for your services before she invites you to the room. So I asked her will she be giving me 1 full hour of service? “Yes, you will get an hour.” WRONG. I clearly heard her tell the next customer to come at 1130. Which means although she’d interrupted my experience numerous times she had no good Intention of providing me what I PREPAID for which was an hour of peace & relaxation. Remember that $20 upgrade to essential oil. She only used a very small amount on the back and didn’t use a single drop on the front. In fact she wasn’t planning to even do the front until she asked me if I still wanted it. What!? Are you kidding!!!? Of course I do. She never even pulled the covers to massage the skin and deep tissue. She doesn’t do feet for full body. She only chopped the legs and pulled the fingers and when she heard the door open she said okay it’s 1030am. WRONG. I reminded her that she’d committed to giving me ONE HOUR. With all of the interruptions I felt she’d cheated me out of my birthday spa experience. She said,”fine, lll Give you 5 more mins.” WRONG. Don’t do me any favors. Please understand you ruined my birthday treatment & robbed me of peace & tranquility. Next time hire someone to answer the phone & greet walk in customers. TOTALLY Dissatisfied!"

"Absolutely great massage!!!! I have been coming here for the last several months and I have been very impressed with their service. They always answer the phone when I call in and they work hard to fit me in even on short notice. The location is great with plenty of parking and they are easy to find. I would highly recommend a massage at Li Spa!!!"
