"They wait 6-8 months until sending out a bill to you and then it’s in form of a collection notification. There trying to bill my blood work as a routine exam and my insurance denied coverage"

"They won't take orders by email, only fax. Though a printer is sitting right in the office. So unless you fax or print the order before you come, you have to reschedule and come back. And of course the hourly office ladies don't give a damn that it makes no sense and wastes your time."

"Got an charge from them after I went to a clinic for tests that I wasn’t expecting. HERB WAS THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had , he stuck with me for an hour with calls to the clinic and made sure we were gonna get a solution ."

"I’ve tried for months to get LabCorp and the physician’s office to work together to get $260 (usual and customary price for non covered. BCBS would probably pay $80) to get labs covered that have been covered under the same policy for years with a different physician and lab. The physician’s office billing rep told me they were getting with the liaison for LabCorp. I haven’t heard from her or gotten a response asking for help or even a discount off U&C if it could not be covered. I have called and emailed and only get generic responses. I’ll pay the bill but there is no customer service."

"Never give results in time. I would put 5 negative starts if I could. You could be dying and they don't care they go based on whats convenient for them and what will get them their money. Worst customer service on the phone to get lab results they do not give correct information and then when you complain they deny everything. You just have to accept like a good-ol-boy your fate when you put it into the hands of these unprofessional professionals. Perfect example of why our medical system is screwed up and only thinking about the $$ not the person in front of them. I was suffering with a high fever for 5 days before receiving results to get proper treatment for a test that should have taken 24 hours. They are really good at finger pointing back to the patient or physician."
