Reviews
"I just wanted to give a great review for yall again. We brought our 3 kids and a friend with her son and the kids had big smiles the whole time. Spider Man went above and beyond for us and it was a great night for all of us. The place was clean and I believe in great shape since it’s been around since 1971. My kids are still talking about the visit this morning.Keep up the great work and the tradition alive guys. Thank you to all."
"This is a pretty fun restaurant for kids and kids at heart. Our waiter was Ursula and was good at being in character but knew when to break character. It’s pretty cool that the other waiters also share their vibes with other tables. The food tasted better and was less expensive than other kids themed restaurants. Our steaks were cooked as requested and were of good quality. The Salad car was fun to use. The ambiance is like waking into a museum or an antique store. The antiqueness of the location adds to the vibe of the restaurant. According to their website, the restaurant was opened in 1979! Each booth has a unique theme and I like that they don’t immediately seat people in the most unique booths such as the rocket and school bus which allowed all the guests the opportunity to check it out. We visited on a Wednesday of a holiday week. We arrived 10 minutes prior to opening and there were 4 families waiting. By the time we left the were multiple families waiting. They had the balloon artists that works for tips, a photographer that offer his service for $10 per photo and there was a caricaturist. Because of a nearby event, parking was fenced off and required a $20 deposit and will be refunded to you if you purchased an entree. Basically it was free for restaurant patrons. I recommend putting a sign as we almost left thinking that it was paid parking. It’s entertaining place that put a smile on kid’s face and keep them distracted while adults also enjoy a meal."
"It was cool to bring my kids to a place I'd been to as a kid myself. For my theater kids, it was a treat that went over well. And the salad bar is tops. The balloon design artist was fantastic. Our queen of hearts waitress never broke character. And we got seated in the tiki hut, which was really fun. Try one of the "potions" drinks."
"It's just as I remember it when my mom took me for my birthday many many years ago. It was great to take my kids to experience it. All the characters were great and played there part very well. Everyone is so nice and helpful ☺️ Thanks for helping me share new memories and reliving a few childhood ones"
"First time taking the family. Didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. They have goofy dressed up staff in a variety of different costumes and they try to stay in character the whole time. Drinks and food were not bad but not great and it is reflected In the prices (inexpensive). Salad bar is included. You can pay $3 for a small Magic show, balloon animals are free but you can tip, they have professional photography and pictures are $10. Overall I would go back since each seating area is unique and the kids enjoyed it. Very laid back"
