"I had Jan do a color correction on my hair about 2 years ago and she did a fantastic job. I contacted her to do my moms hair and she said what we wanted was outside of her scope. I contacted her again today just wanting a simple haircut for myself and she told me i needed to stop contacting her for absolutely no reason. Have money in hand and she tells me to stop contacting her for absolutely no reason. Never had a bad experience or bad words with her just out of nowhere stop contacting me. I recommended her to my friends but now i wont. She actually does good hair and uses some great French product that took to my hair very well its a shame she doesnt like having good repeat business. Crazy!"
