"I stayed in a guest apartment while visiting my 83 yo brother & SIL. This was so nice, and the convenience of being in the same building was so much better than a hotel, plus I enjoyed their meals as well. They have a very clean facility, and I thought the food was very good too!! I didn't partake in their daily activities but visited with my family, but they had a Christmas party and games when I arrived. I also noted they had activities on the other days I was there as well. This facility has lovely grounds and seems to be close to lots of restaurants, shopping areas, and a hospital!! Everyone was so nice, and I met quite a few residents that I quickly came to enjoy. I can't speak to the cost, but I would certainly recommend University Pines for anyone who might be searching of a senior retirement community!!!"

"Had the pleasure once again to spend the past holiday at the University Pines residence. The Assistant Manager, Mr. Alex Lanclos and the Staff attended to the arrangements for my stay with great care to ensure a pleasant stay. I had the opportunity to gather with many familiar faces and join them for several fine meals in the dining facility. I also enjoyed some activities and a great movie night. University Pines is by far one of the best retirement residents in the Florida area. The level of care and attention given to promoting the highest standard of active senior living is evident in the wonderful participation of so many at University Pines. "My daughter (62 years old) was to find housing here. Place was very clean and everyone was friendly. We ate there and had 3 choices of what we wanted. Apts were plenty big enough."

"Had the pleasure to spend some time with the folks at University Pines during a May visit. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and so very well kept. During my stay I enjoyed the company of many of the regular residence who were quite welcoming, friendly and engaging in the various activities they had programed. The entire Management Staff, headed up by Mr. Freddy Ordonez likewise extended themselves to make everyone feel their needs and comfortability were first and foremost. The meals were well rounded, tasty, plentiful and severed within a family atmosphere. "The work environment is a dream. Everyone is bought into the vision and communicates well. The residents here are an absolute joy to be around. The stories and lives lived are a true gem of this community. This community is so alive and busy too! There are always doing something from making blankets for the military vets to karaoke to getting out in the community. I am proud to work here and excited to see where this community is headed in the future."
