"The transportation department was rude to me. The bus driver drove right pass me at the bus stop and didn’t bring my kid back until 20 mins later. They made excuses instead of taking Accountability. The manager yelled at me and hung up in my face…… at this point parents are in trouble, we can’t trust the JE Hall to protect our kids. My child school is a D school and the teachers are horrible. They can’t keep bus drivers these days. Is it the pay or how they treated?"
"Nice people. Notary came to my car since im handicapped. Great service."
"The most unprofessional experience I've had to witness. We had been calling for almost two weeks in regards to getting transcripts and nobody would help or provide any information. When we came to the building itself to try and get help we were met with rude staff. All we had wanted to do was request a transcript and we're met with glares and made to feel like we were wasting their time... Even though the building was a complete ghost town, and nobody appeared busy (since they were playing games on their phones). If we had the audacity to ask a question it was met with disapproval. They gave very short snappy answers and made us feel unwelcomed, for what shouldve been a simple in and out appointment! Do NOT expect to find help or any information here! I understand every office may have one or two rude people employed, but I've never been somewhere where everyone seemed to hate people and their own jobs. Very disappointed."
"I had problems with Pine Forest High school bus 4-16 all year long. This bus driver will purposely drive off when he's raning to catch her. But other student that be late the driver will wait on that student. This has happen 6 times this year! Every time i report it, nothing happens. The transportation department defends the bus driver instead of looking into the situation."
"This is the Escambia County Schools District's original location. Currently the Hall Center still houses several of the District's offices, including ESOL and Evaluation Services. Many of the District's offices, however moved to a new location on Pace Blvd. The Hall Center is a labyrinth, but the folks are friendly and will assist in locating the desired office."
