"Worst office staff of any dr we've ever seen. My wife had a biopsy in August of 23. After MONTH of calls for the results, she finally went to Fairhope and picked them up, and delivered them to Dr Robert's office. She called them weekly for the results, and they NEVER returned her call. Finally, I (her husband) went into the office and calmly asked to speak to someone about this. I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me soon. I sat quietly, not talking to anybody, and 10 minutes later a security guard came up to me and told me me to leave because I was causing a disturbance! I refused, but decided after a few minutes to go. He escorted me to the door, just as 2 police cars showed up. I just went to my car and left. My wife eventually got her results, from her PRIMARY CARE DR, not dr Robert's, 6 months AFTER the tests. The final insult was getting a bill for $2, for them copying the records WY wife went and got FOR them. This is the most incompetent office I've ever had to deal with in my life, they treat you like a pest if you try to get any info. Go elsewhere!!!"
