Dr. Ronnie Sims

"Too bad zero or less isn't an option for this man. I arrived by ambulance in pain & barely able to breath at S Baldwin Reginal Medical Cntr in 2022 where Dr. Sims was working. I was by myself and I requested they wait to insert an IV for drugs until after I was X-rayed so I could make sound decisions for myself. Dr. Sims abruptly decided my request was refusing treatment and walked out of my ER room, instructing the nurses to release me. I requested they NOT release me, but to x-ray me and then treat the issues, but I was ignored and released. In pain, I waited for a nearby urgent care to open. X-ray's there showed I had 3 severed ribs along my spine and a 4th one broken at my side which had punctured my left lung causing it to be partially deflated. Given that my partially deflated lung was potentially life threatening, I was transported again by ambulance to the ER for immediate surgery. The arrogance of Dr. Sims caused me unnecessary pain, a second $1,200 ambulance ride and could have cost me my life. AVOID Him!"
