"Dont waste your time here. The staff at this office do not care about your overall wellbeing or care when you need an appointment. I have called three times starting July 28, 21 and left voicemails letting them know I need to make an apointment for the week of Aug 12- Aug 20th. I received no call back. When i finally got in touch with them the girl just said in oh, we're not seeing new patients. I explained I've already been a patient on and off since 2004. She said said in a joking manner, "oh well we're not seeing new- old patients ha." I explained that when people have anxiety, it is hard to make an appointment in the first place so it would have been best for them to just call me back and let me know this information so i could make find a new provider. With this short of notice there is no way i will be seen this week or next. Most providers are booked out until end of September. She just said, " oh yeah, sorry about that." These People do not care about your health or mental health. It wasn't like this when i was younger and seeing him but I've noticed over the years the office staff could care less about any issue. I also pay him cash for these visits so its not like it's for lack of payment."
