While I was there, all the specs on the refrigerator were explained to me, how to change the water filter, even where to buy replacement filters! Carlos and his delivery team installed my refrigerator, and was sure to check and make sure everything was connected and working properly before they left. A big appliance store wouldn’t give you this level of time and attention when it came to buying an appliance, but RD definitely does. My purchase even came with a 90 day warranty!!! If you’re in Garland or surrounding areas and are in need of an appliance, RUN don’t walk to RD!!!"
"Yuny is such a great person to work with. I walked in and explained that I needed a fridge since my old one went out. She took the time to help me find a refrigerator that would work for my space. The staff was amazing and the prices were more than fair. They also offer a delivery service which is super convenient but we came from out of town so we took it ourselves. I will definitely use them in the future. By far the best experience I’ve had when buying an appliance."
