"Highly recommend Grand Appliance. The store manager, Nick, was not pushy at all. He seemed actually shocked when we said we were just going to purchase everything after he walked away to let us talk, giving us the ability to talk without feeling pressured. Very enjoyable experience to start the kitchen remodel process. The initial delivery crew was very professional and very empathetic when they had to give us the news the fridge was not being delivered as expected or the dishwasher was not being hooked up. The only negative of the experience was having to deal with Brandon, who was not empathetic or once apologized for our troubles and was rather rude about the situation. Though he did find the refrigerator in another state and started the process to get it in our hands. After speaking with Nick again, he apologized for the troubles and understood our timeline and coordinated with the shipping manager to ensure the dishwasher and fridge were installed on our schedule. The second delivery team was very professional and as a whole, it was a positive experience. I would purchase from them again."

"We had to wait 6 months for someone to adjust our kitchen opening to accommodate our new down vent Jenn Air stove. Grand Appliance stored our stove until then with keeping great communication with us. Nick at the Appleton store, who we purchased the stove from was great! A Madison crew came yesterday to install the stove. Mike was very knowledgeable with installing the new down vent. The crew came on time and they were very respectful to our property! We now have a beautiful new stove!"
