"Manager told me when I returned a product that we don't take those back before he realized the product he was selling came with no instructions and the online service didn't have a copy posted on their site and he expected me to say ok and walk away, luckily God save him from embarrassment and a argument he wasn't going to win. He had drove a distant for a part that was supposed to have been there, it wasn’t. They let me go ahead of him while they called another AutoZone to see who had told this poor guy his parts were in Harker Heights. Told me $45.98 total. I said no way Jose. He said sorry I was charging you for the poor guy’s parts. I said smooth move. Gave me my receipt without giving me the part. I had to reach around the computer system to get it. My total was 20.94."
