Wild 777 Arcade

"If there was an option to post with 0 stars I would do it. We used to go to this arcade because we really liked the two women who worked there, Maria and Laura. we noticed that 2 particular machines constantly had reserved signs on them. We were told that the owner's wife Vera was the one who was reserving them and playing them herself when the Major and the Grand were very high. One night we went into the arcade later than usual and the reserved sign was on the machine we liked to play and it was on automatic. Pam made a comment about it being "her" playing it. She did not say any name and there were only 2 or 3 people in there. Vera went off on her saying people could hear her, etc. She told Vera she wasn't referring to her, but she still kept on at her. Pam apologized but Vera wasn't accepting it. When she brought our match play to us, she put mine in the machine and sort of threw Pam's down on her machine. We played through, won a little bit of money and Pam went out to the car. The atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. When I went to get my ticket cashed out I gave Vera a tip and she wouldn't accept it. She was very ugly that night. We went in another time and were told we were not allowed to have match play anymore. We had talked to several people who were on her "no match play" list and everyone had complained about the machines being reserved all of the time by Vera. Finally, Pam was told we were not allowed there when Vera was working and finally we were both barred from going in there at all. We had never had any problems prior to this time with anyone there and even had pleasant conversations with Alex, her husband, who is very nice. It didn't bother us to be banned. The one review was done by an employee. We went there because it was close to our house. The atmosphere there was dark and they only play Spanish music, unlike the other arcades which play different types of music. Now, we go to a couple of other arcades and win more that we ever did there, so she actually did us a favor."

"My adopted son and I always went there to play. A lot of times there would be reserved signs on certain machines when the Major and the Grand or Maxi amounts were high. Some other players would tell us it was the owners wife Vera who was reserving them and that she would put money in. One night we went in and it wasn't too busy, the machine we liked to play was on automatic with a reserved sign. I said "I guess she is playing it" she heard me on the camera and raised Cain with us. We signed in and I apologized if she thought I was referring to her. She was very nasty, when she brought our match play, she put Sam's in his machine and slammed mine down on my machine. When we left, Sam tried to give her a tip and she refused it. Now we are blacklisted from receiving match play with a few others she doesn't like. I only went there 1 time since and the atmosphere is dreary. I love Maria and Laura who work there, but will not be going back anytime soon. Vera's husband Alex is very nice. But obviously doesn't know she alienates customers who spend a lot of money there. Update, now we found out that we are banned from even coming into the arcade. That's ok because we go to another arcade where we win a lot and the atmosphere is bright and happy!"

"MARIA is aweasome there. Always great customer service. She handles her customers like a champ. We enjoy going every once in a while for date night."

"This is the best Arcade I have been to! The staff is very friendly and helpful! They have a variety of awesome snacks! Their bathrooms are always spotless! My wife and I have favourite machines and we call to have them reserved and they always do it for us! We are very happy with this place!"

"****BEWARE**** *SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM I went to this establishment on Saturday Aug. 26 and received the match play I played u til I was down to 8 dollars then my luck changed I came all the way back to 35 dollars and was refused cash out they tried to give me 15 dollars on a 35 dollar voucher in essence robbing me of 20 dollars. Do I learned today that...WILD 777 IS A COMPLETE SCAM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE SCAMS"
