"Worst car buying experience ever!!!! I bought a truck back when they did in-house financing. They wanted 2500.00 down so I gave them that plus another 500.00 to take care of my next 2 payments. Well 2 months later my truck was being repo, the guy who sold me the truck said I was a liar and cause I'm calling him out to come up there and say it to his face. If I only needed 2500 down why would I give extra for no reason.. he continued to say I gave it all for down payment. He probably pocketed the cash. Fastforward another month they called me to come get truck saying they made a mistake come to find out it was a setup for something else on someone looking for me they told all my info and etc. Horrible experience I hope they are closed down soon"

"They tried to sell my son a terrible used car. The windshield was broken, the a/c didn't work and then had to be jumped off just for the test drive. It cut off trying to leave again. At that point I knew they were just trying to give us a lemon. We left as quickly as we could."

"Horrible, horrible, horrible business. If that’s what you want call this place. Bought a car from them ($2000) down payment. Car breaks down (runs hot) in less than 24 hrs. I call them and they send a tow truck to figure out the problem. They claimed they figure out the problem and fixed it. I receive the car 2 days later after they supposedly fixed the issue. Car drives well that morning, by that evening it’s running hot again. I called them to report the issue and they basically tell me that they’re not responsible for an issue that happened literally as driving off the lot. The issue at hand was getting my down payment back ($2000). There is no reason I should have had to hire a lawyer to receive my money in full. The people at the top of this place are crooks and I would not advise my worst enemy to buy a car from this place. 0 starzzzzz…"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Could not have been more disappointed with an experience. Arriving, we were VERY rudely greeted by the lady working, we did not catch her name. We spoke to the owner on Facebook and he said the car was ready to be looked at. She treated us as if we were idiots and knew nothing. They called the man we spoke to and he confirmed we could look at it. She vaguely directed up to the car but did not assist us or walk with us to tell us about the car in any way then said “it does not take a rocket scientist to know what a Voltswagen looks like” when we wanted to look at the condition of the car. The rudest and absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. She acted as if we were putting her out of her way by wanting to look at a car… at a car lot. She does not need a job in customer service with the attitude she presented to us. Would have bought the car in cash but the experience was so terrible, we instantly left. Never come to this place ever. A terrible, unprofessional environment."
