"I like to add that I ordered a replacement tool part and they did not have the part as they stated, that been said a month or longer went by and when I called multiple times I was told that it will arrive at a later time as they kept telling me that time after time but the order never arrived. Eventually I requested a refund on pay-pal and got my money back, if they advertise an item it does not mean they have it as they say, and they will not answer the phone to ask you have to wait to see if someone call back. I was not happy with their service that went nowhere with the part requested, waited and waited but no part ever arrived. They did not have the parts they advertised on they page they had and I won't trust them for another order. I'm not saying good or bad about the company, I'm sharing my own experience and you can use your own discretion upon ordering."
