"Do not look into their facebook deals. They could not confirm that a product was working so i was uninterested until they said "If you was to get it and have any issues with it we can arrange a refund for you" after hearing this and seeing a good quality product in person, i accepted the product. When returning home, i found that the product did not work, and i asked about returning the product. I told them about the issue within 24 hours and they went back on their word, and after pressing, they offered me only one third of the money back as a refund. If you cannot test the product do not purchase from here. They will not help you."

"We have been loyal customers to this store since it’s opened and I am upset to say that today is our first time having problems. My fiancée and I had gone into the store today and had opened an ALREADY OPENED and unmarked box and we were then approached and confronted by a woman working there where she repeated herself several times “ Don’t open any boxes” even after being met with an ok. She then stood right next to us for several minutes until we moved away from her. My fiancée and I were then followed from row to row by the same worker and she continued to watch and stare at us the entire time we were there. This new policy of not opening boxes makes me as a customer to not want to even go into the store to look because almost half of the products being sold are unlabeled unopened boxes and why would I want to buy something if I don’t know what it is???Everyone should be allowed to open boxes and the nature of the sale should be first come first serve. If some products get damaged or missing peices that’s just how the cookie crumbles for the next customer because it’s their choice to get it! Idk sorry for the rant but woof this had me upset I’ve never been stalked around a store before like I’m a thief it was so disrespectful!"

"Interesting concept! Like someone said, you have to pick through, and today, Saturday, prices were $7. It goes $12, 9, 5, 3, 1. I did screw up by buying a $5.30 (Walmart) waterproof box for $7, my fault for not looking up online first. People were leaving with tons of stuff. I did see a Creality 3D printer extractor but with the box already opened, I hardly believe it would be working who knows? Online a new one was $50-70. I'd like to see more of these stores around!"

"I’ll get right down to it. This place is mostly Amazon returns. Sometimes things are torn apart or broken or missing. But there are a lot of products of all types there. Some items look like a influx of products that did not sell. Each day there is a different price. Starting Friday with the highest price of $12 a item. And each day it gets lower till it reaches a $1 on Wednesday. Thursday they are closed as they are changing out the items. There are higher priced items on the walls, but still cheaper than retail. It’s all set up in large square tables to dig through. Of course as the days go by the items get more picked through. Found some really great things here."
