We had gone to a sister store to switch carriers that was apparently a third party location… they had put on 6 other devises to our plan, and didn’t even switch over my watch.. needless to say, it was a mess. Buck took over an hour to correct everything the other store did, so that we didn’t get charged hundreds of dollars. Jerry was also super helpful. If you need anything done, go to this store and ask for Buck. They are super helpful and actually know what they are doing! If I could give 10 stars I would."

"Buck was incredibly helpful with our transfer to T-Mobile. Another store messed up our lines and account. The transfer division was unable to help us after over an hour on the line. Buck stayed over after close on the phone with customer service trying to fix the issue and finished helping us the next day after customer service was unable to resolve the issue. He was more knowledgeable than those trained to resolve issues, and he will be the only one we deal with moving forward."
