"Awful customer service. Sales person so rude and couldn't admit she made a mistake. Absolutely refused to make any attempt to fix it or helps us fix it. I understand they may get commissions but no sense in trying to screw over longtime customers. Also no need to talk to people like they are stupid when they try to get you to do what they wanted in the first place. I mean really do not talk to someone like they are the stupid one when you made the mistake. I have dealt with several cricket dealers across Alabama that were great. This one is in need of some serious customer service improvement. Really considering moving the four lines I have through Cricket because of this."
