"I worked here as a CNA for about 2weeks , horrible dishonest management who let employees smoke weed on breaks and come back in to care for your family members *im pregnant so I can’t stand the smell * didn’t drug test any employees when I made a complaint about it !! nurses do not care about patients they make them wait until their ready to tend to their concerns , also one cna told a nurse that a patient wasn’t looking to good nurse disregard that information patient passed probably an hour later they didn’t let us speak to patients family left it for someone from hospice to say something to cover their self , had another patient who was new to facility 1hr of patient being their patient fell on floor * but they had 2 cna’s sitting to watch him so how was he able to fall if 2 ppl are right their !!! After I witnessed those things accrue within that short amount of time it was time for me to leave it was to heartbreaking to be apart of !!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE REMOVE FAMILY & FIND THEM A BETTER PLACE FOR CARE PLEASE !!"

"My dad went to Ashland Place for rehab after he fractured his pelvis.We were very pleased with it. His room was nice and clean, the staff was all kind and helpful, my dad liked the doctor. The facility is well kept."

"First impression review: I have only been in the facility one time to do paperwork in advance of having my loved one checked in for respite care. My loved one has not stayed in the facility yet but when they do, I plan to leave an update. Initial thoughts were good. The facility seemed clean visually. However, there was a funky smell in the air. I'm not sure if that is the norm or if I just came by at an unfortunate time. My first impression of the staff person working at the window where I checked in, was not the best. This person did not offer a warm greeting, didn't ask for my name or anything just did the bare minimum to let the person I was there to see know that I was there. The person I met with, however, was very helpful and friendly. I felt like my questions were answered and I was able to see a room so I had an idea of what type of room my loved one would be staying in. The room was clean as well as the adjoining bathroom. The few residents that I saw in passing seemed happy and cared for. I have high hopes for my loved one's upcoming stay."

"After my grandmothers stroke we took her here she could barely walk and after a few weeks of rehabilitation she was walking again. Ashland place was a true God send and the staff are amazing and have patience out of this world. So if you have a family member in need of rehab don’t hesitate to send them here. Thanks again for giving my grandmother her freedom of walking back."
