"Kedplasma on Montlimar is one of the best centers I've been to by far. The staff there are not only beautiful but also incredibly sweet and professional. However, don't get it twisted—they will check you if you step out of line. That's what I enjoy about the entire crew! They are real and professional! P.S. To whoever said they "Stank", Yo Momma Stank!"

"The place is dirty and the staff very obviously hate their jobs. They spend most of their time gossiping with each other, ignoring patients and talking on their phones. I will say that the workers up front are significantly worse than the ones doing the needle sticks. One woman up front with a blonde wig has been FaceTiming with her kids both times she's taken my vitals this week. It's all super unprofessional and honestly the reason the line is so long. If the workers would button up and get their jobs done without dragging their feet and moaning about everything..... I would go anywhere else if I could, or stop donating entirely. Be thankful you have jobs! It could be worse!"

"This place is complete trash, I went to donate and have donated for awhile with them and they put me on a messed up machine , which they knew was messed up and should of been removed from service, I ask a lady over everything if I was getting paid since they messed up, she was rude and didn’t answer I asked again and she is going to get an attitude and tell me she can’t answer my question. So, a man told I was getting paid because they messed up and they made me go see the nurse well nurse tries to tell me they are only going to give me 5$, I said ma’am no they told I was going to get paid my full amount. She going to catch an attitude telling me she don’t know because she wasn’t back there and that it anit her job to get my money and I should go to the front and stormed out, so I went to the front where I finally got help, I am closing my donation account with them and will be going to BioLife where I recommend other to go, unless you want to deal with DAS."
