"Needed forms for school were refused without signing into a patient portal. After 2 weeks they still aren’t on the portal and I’m given no explanation from staff when I could expect them other than we’re far down the list of people waiting. I have a second appointment set with another doctor to get much needed school forms filled out after paying for this appointment to do just that."

"I have been taking my son to this allergist for over a year because I really tried to give Dr. Howell a chance. May of 2023, he was referred to her from his pediatrician. We told her about his eczema and possible food allergies. She only allergy tested him once for household allergies (even though I specified food allergies). She only tested for peanut because I told her we tried it and he turned really red. Turned out, he is very allergic and we have to carry a pen. As for his eczema, I kept telling her I was trying to heal him internally, so I wanted a food allergy test. Never got one. She only wanted to push steroids on him when I told her they don't work and that it makes it worse. Months to by, the we go on the dupixent shot. It was working for about 2 months and then it went downhill. He constantly got facial flares and bruise like sores on his arms and legs. He also broke out in some tiny light brown spot on his shoulders and hands. So we set an appointment with Dr. Howell's NP, Brandy. I told her from research the facial flares could be fungal but I wasn't sure about the spots. She was stumped also, so she gave me more steroid cream to use! And she got us an appointment with the dermatologist NP to see if she knew what the spot were and told me she wpuld research the spots and get back with us She didn't. I haven't heard from the office at all and it's been months. If you are looking for an allergist for your child, look elsewhere."
