"I purchased a Texa axone supercar package (tablet) from CEAS and a Lamborghini cable. I emailed them with many questions and Todd Myers very patiently and quickly responded to each email and even sent me a YouTube video of the program’s capabilities. I never felt the pressure to buy anything and was on the fence about getting it. I ended up purchasing the supercar TEXA axone package, and it was shipped out right away, but I had issues with UPS and receiving my packages (very frustrating). When I called CEAS I spoke to Todd Myers again and he helped me work through the issues. When I finally received the TEXA tablet I didn’t have the supercar option so I reached out to Todd (very late on a weekend night via email) and he responded minutes later. I had a resolution to my problem first thing in the morning (needed to connect to the internet to get an update). The product itself is great but the customer support itself made the difference, to me at least, between purchasing from them or an another competitor."
"Update: They called, but i was unable to speak. The entire interaction lasted 10 seconds. We did not talk anything out. Horrible company. Could not wait to respond until after talking with me? To add on… the warranty process for anything!! Come on?!? Every other company has it figured out seamlessly and SP can’t? The $1000+ i have gave this company for tools that i can’t even warranty after closing my business with them. SP is going under. Untrustworthy. Again 1 out of 5 ⭐️ Horrible company. Hires completely incompetent employees that seem to think that the world revolves around them. Horrible customer service and warranties take god awfully long. Products are cheaply made and don’t stand up to competitors. I have done business with them for roughly 2/3 years. They are constantly having technical issues and have to update the system. They lose all of your information and you have to stand there for half an hour to re-enter everything in. Every other company allows bi-weekly payments, But apparently they can’t seem to handle scheduled payments. Instead you have to stand on the truck every week for around half an hour just going through paperwork to make a weekly payment. Horrible business model and unfortunately will be the downfall for SP Tools. Maybe start becoming more reputable before becoming demanding and rude. Unnecessary and uncalled for. The driver for foley is an incompetent individual. He swears at you and yells. You need a reputable driver. Matco and Snap-on have it right. Why cant yall? He is unhinged and should move to another profession."
"I gotta give props to their diagnostic skills, bro. They've got these crazy high-tech gadgets and software systems that can find issues faster than you can say "rev it up." It was mind-blowing to watch them navigate through complex car systems, solving problems like rock stars and saving precious time."
