"I have had other cosmetic procedures and spent 20 years in Healthcare Administration so I have reasonable expectations and understand how a Medical Practice is suppose to function. I was not happy with my results after initial procedure...there were obvious problems. Dr. Bolling agreed to make needed revisions at no charge, which was appreciated. Results from revisions were "better" but not what one would have expected from a Board Certified Surgeon who had 2 opportunities to achieve optimal results. I had done extensive research and found NOTHING negative about his work or his practice. While I understand people being reluctant to post negative outcomes, if others had done so it would have saved me a lot of money and 2 surgeries. I will say that the hospital in Fayette was WONDERFUL for both of my procedures. Efficient, kind and thorough. The office in Foley, however, is disorganized and inefficient. Wait times are ridiculous on most occasions, calls are not returned, information is not provided as promised and takes multiple calls to get....including pre-op instructions. The Bolling House in Fayette is very convenient but not well maintained by housekeeping. I previously worked for Medical Management Companies. My job entailed going to medical offices that were not functioning properly and make necessary changes. I am basing my opinions on years of related experience and hope it saves someone else from an expensive and disappointing outcome."
