"We were in the keys for vacation and my husband got an ear infection. Service was absolutely amazing! Time from going in the front door was less than 30 minutes and Rx ready at Walgreens when we arrived there. Would highly recommend! Kudos to Kari & Jeff!!"

"We had an exceptional experience with Advanced Urgent Care-Marathon. The office staff were all great and Dr. O’Connor went above and beyond making sure my sick child had the best care possible. After we left, Dr. O’Connor called and requested a call with our local pediatrician to discuss his care plan to make sure our doctor, who knows my child, agreed with the plan. Our pediatrician complimented Dr. O’Connor’s thoroughness and how much he truly cared for his patients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know."

"10/10 experience. Probably the best I have had at an urgent care my entire life. Maybe Marathon locals are friendly but I’ve been to many locations and many states and I’m very impressed. As a walk-in patient on vacation, I had a great experience with all of the team members! I interacted with the front desk, intake nurse, lab nurse, and the doctor who all were patient, personable, and seemed like they genuinely cared. There was no sense of rushing when they were with me even though they were busy outside my little room. I was in and out in just a little over an hour. I’ll go more in detail about my experience below! Laurie at the front checked me in with a smile and was pretty much on her feet the entire time. It was nice to feel an interaction with the front desk when at other places, they usually stare at their computer the entire time. I arrived at 9:20 (20 minutes after opening) and there were a few people already there. I waited to be seen for only 20 minutes, they took me back at 9:40. A younger male completed my intake and I didn’t feel like he was rushing (again like it usually feels) he was really trying to understand the history behind what I came in to be seen for. When my blood pressure was low he completed it again on my other arm just to make sure. After I had completed a urine sample, the lab nurse came in and asked me for permission to send off a culture and explained the purpose behind it (no past urgent care has asked my permission so this was very nice.) Then lastly, the female doctor Brandi was incredible. She was knowledgeable, she was not rushing, she asked me further questions, explaining what she was going to do and then what I should do. She was personable. I checked out at 10:30 which is incredible in itself because I’m at other urgent cares for hours… this was 1 hour and 15 minutes from the second I walked in and I was only waiting for 20 minutes… the rest of the time I had team members with me. Highly impressed. Will definitely recommended to my family that comes to vacation here in Marathon yearly!"

"Beware that the MRI check in is NOT upstairs as indicated by the sign. We were not told that it was downstairs in the breezeway beside the parking lot when the MRI was scheduled, despite the (nurse?) at the front desk saying they did. There is a tiny sign on the outside wall near the breezeway( see pics). The door has nothing on the outside to guide you. I’m 63 and pushing my brother’s wheelchair was up the two steep ramps was not easy. Other than that, the receptionist and MRI DR (?) or technician, and the upstairs nurse were exceptional. Also know that the upstairs nurse said she could send a nurse down to draw the blood work so we wouldn’t have to make the trip up the ramps again."
