"Just don’t go here! Office staff is rude, took months to get an appointment because I could never get anyone on the phone and when I did they said they would call me back and never did and then was shamed because it took so long for me to get seen. When I did finally get an appointment they said they would call to schedule an mri and eeg but never did. At my second appointment they rescheduled it 4 times the third time I had already been sitting in the office for an hour and then staff came to ask me to reschedule. Recently moved and I’ve been trying to get a new doctor but this office has been zero help in gettin my records sent to a new neurologist. I went into the office before I moved to make sure I had everything I needed to get into a new doctor and the lady at the front desk was rude and evidently didn’t know what she was talking about because when I called back to get my information they told me I couldn’t do it the way the original person told me. If you’re going to have someone working in your doctors office they should at least know your policies. Just save yourself the time and stress and find a different doctor."
