"Extremely unhelpful. Lied on the phone about the price of alterations. After driving an hour to get to store, charged me the price for a new suit to get alterations done."

"I was very hesitant to even go here to look for suits for our wedding due to a couple of people saying they’ve had not so great experiences here, but I decided to try for myself. I was in the store for a total of 15 minutes before I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not a single employee approached me to even greet me, much less offer help."

"Be prepared to tell them the style and color every visit.(5 times now) i feel like the paperwork for my groomsmen gets tossed after we leave. Several of my groomsmen have told me staff was rude during measurements and had to call and ask me about style and color after i’ve put it in there system and told them several times. My first visit i waited 2 hours to tell them what suits we wanted to get. they were busy so im not upset about that but every visit after this has been a hassle. we get told something different every visit. i went from being able to pay half or pay at pick up and was told my suit was covered by the other rentals by the groomsmen to everyone including myself has to pay in full on their first visit to be measured. My only good experience was with the older black woman who does a lot of the tailoring i believe. Extremely ready to get the suits and give them back. i wouldn’t recommend to anyone after this. Should have expected this from a chain rental place. after good visits from a few years ago i didn’t expect them to have gone this down hill. Most of these issues could be relieved by taking notes with pen and paper and some care in your profession."

"I’d give a 0 rating if possible. I ordered my tux for prom a month in advance and for $40 more I could have bought the tux I rented. My prom was Friday and the Wednesday before I went to get my tux. The woman who checked me out said she set the event date to 3/29/24 but when I went to get my tux it was scheduled for 4/27/24. Not only have I had to take off work twice to come get my tux, I also had to wait at least 2 hours before anyone even spoke to me. I dropped my tux off today 4/1/24 on time for my due date and when I went to tell the elderly lady, who after 30 minutes of waiting finally spoke to me the first time, that I didn’t drop it off next day because I had the return date set to 4/1/24 she interrupted me mid sentence and said, “If you say your tux behind the counter then bye you can leave”, I will never have business with men’s wear house in Hattiesburg, Mississippi again- respectfully."

"I get men's warehouse in a Hattiesburg Mississippi. One star due to the fact that we ordered I tuxedo one month in advance for my son's prom we were told that the talks to you. I would come in wednesday before the prom which was on Friday night. Well needless to say we are on our way to men's wearhouse right now to pick app a tux. That hasn't even arrived yet today is the day of the prom. They are short handed and never answered the phone when you call. I'm very disappointed I am still hoping that my Tuxedo arrives"
