"Update: I changed rating as owner has requested that SEVERAL OF HER OWN EMPLOYEES (Carlos, Erik, Michele, Marquis, Heather, and Jimmy) and arcade regulars leave 5 star reviews to make up for mine (11/26) but has yet to reach out to me regarding my complaint. I have no complaints regarding the employees, but I personally would NOT trust the owner of this arcade. Was recently banned by the owner without any communication of reasoning. I had a few really big wins in the last couple weeks, guessing it may have to do with that. I even tried reaching out to the owner I’ve known for several months but to no avail. For reference, I’ve been a loyal customer for ALMOST A YEAR. If you come here, be sure to mind your own business and be careful of who you befriend. ADDITIONALLY, no conversations you have inside or outside the arcade are private by any means and are shared amongst the staff."
"This place has been my go to for awhile now. I love this place due to the friendly staff, cleanliness. More importantly for me is this place is SUPER SAFE. You have to be buzzed in and the cameras are for everyone’s safety! I ( of course always LOOSE) but I have seen some win BIG!!! Great place to go and have some fun!!"
