"I had the worst experience. Kim is the only one I would give 5 stars to. She kind and compassionate. I am there every week to get labs. The lady yesterday was new and so bad. She blew a vein and kept poking me and finally asked for help from a nurse who is there a lot. But she refused to help her. I left from there very angry because I need to know my WBC. Thanks to her I still do not know it. She even slid the needle under my skin nowhere near the vein. It was extremely painful. I will not go back unless Kim is there. The picture below doesn't look bad but when you have a large needle sliding under the layer of your skin it's very painful."
"Insane that I would even think of giving a 5 star review to anyone or any business, but love this lab and the people who work there...Although, I know it's a fairly new building...It IS super clean, the staff is SUPER friendly and I ALWAYS get in and out fairly quickly..and, it's close to home which I am so grateful I no longer have to drive a 45 each way and wait 4 hours to get my bloodwork pulled."
