"Called to make appt. Have referral from my primary care Dr. Some senile sounding old lady answering the phone over there insists she wants all the notes from my visits w my primary care Dr. What? Any specialist makes appts w a Dr Referral Order. Thought, she misunderstood or perhaps I misspoke. Again read her the referral order along w diagnosis and coding. She again insists she needs all the notes from my primary care visits. What on earth is this lady up to? Said, I’d just like to make an appointment. A referral order is sufficient to make appointments with all specialists. She says I’m done with you. I said that’s good, because you’re not very professional and I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming there. How weird!"

"Terrible.. called 5 times in 3 weeks trying to find out why i don't have a scheduled study ordered by doctor only to receive a "we'll call you back" or unanswered voicemails left during open office hours. My doctor's assistant had to dig in and find out it's an insurance issue before being sent to another provider. Spent all this time wasting lunch hours and no sleep for incompetence and negligence. Also appears star ratings are bugged and prevents my 1*star from applying."

"Wish there was a 4.5 Staff was excellent. Room clean. COVID procedures made me feel at ease. Bed comfortable. Room temp comfortable. And this is really feedback for the center: There was some kind of fan droning in the hall. Might help some people, not me. As I was dozing off, the man in the room next to me was being hooked up by the same staff person I had. He was LOUD and woke me up, totally disrupting my sleep pattern."

"Recently tested with this sleep lab and would highly recommend. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is one of the cleanest sleep labs I have ever been to. Being a young female with a night time test, I was a little uneasy, but once I arrived and met the staff, I felt very safe that night. The rooms had everything I needed to be comfortable and they had cable T.V.! I was expecting more of a stiff hospital feeling, but I was very wrong in my assumption! I could tell the tech I worked with had been in the field a long time and knew what she spoke of. If you're trying to choose a place for your sleep study, I definitely recommend you have your doctor refer you here."

"First session was Dec, 2015. Follow up was scheduled for Feb 17 2016. Between the two visits, my insurance changed their policy, now requiring prior authorization for sleep study procedures. Insurance said the claim was denied because the center never obtained prior authorization. The center said they obtained authorization for both visits when they sought authorization for the December session. Gave the center the benefit of the doubt for this occurrence because of skeevy insurance change. Yesterday, Jun 8, 2017, my checking account was hit for $40.28 by the sleep center. I didn't know why. Then in the afternoon's mail I got a paper statement billing me for this amount with no explanation what it was for. A phone call to the center this morning reveals this was my co-pay for the Feb, 2016 visit, a payment I had made a few weeks before via phone. I have no recollection of this though. The staff at the center was fine, very friendly and helpful. No doubt the insurance company was part of the problem."
