Some of them are very rude and disrespectful. I had surgery 12-7 I was in so much pain I was crying. Whoever (nurse) was more worried about who was going to pay for my prescription then the horrible pain I was in. The billing department is rude as a well. I found a error on my bill. Called them to discuss it. She had the nerves to have a nasty attitude. I wish Dr Howard 's staff was polite and understanding like him.
