"Dr Howard is a awesome doctor. He listen to my concerns and gave me treatment options. All of my in office visits are wonderful. However when you call over the phone to talk with staff members. Some of them are very rude and disrespectful. I had surgery 12-7 I was in so much pain I was crying. Whoever (nurse) was more worried about who was going to pay for my prescription then the horrible pain I was in. The billing department is rude as a well. I found a error on my bill. Called them to discuss it. She had the nerves to have a nasty attitude. I wish Dr Howard 's staff was polite and understanding like him. The only reason why I am still going to receive treatment is because of Dr Howard professional care for his patients.
