Reviews
"They sent me to a place in Warrior, Alabama the day after I called, in a state bed, no insurance. Amazing medical staff and food. Beautiful place to start recovery."
"This is a pathetic hospital located in the middle of Alabama. The staff is terrible and the counselors and counseling is a joke. I was admitted to withdraw from medications my doctor prescribed. It worked but the joint is a joke. I'd never go to that place again."
"It's pathetic when you reach out to an organization that is based around helping people and they deny to give you the vivatrol shot because they believe you need (intensive outpatient) which is 5k without insurance. I'm already willing to pay the $1500 for the shot. I'm well past the 30-40 day point yet they still want to scalp people who are trying to stay sober out of 5k."
"I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. They are in it for the money only. My son went through the program at Warrior and was recommended for intensive outpatient in Mobile at a cost of $17,000. He had a relapse and was released immediately with no explanation and told he needed to go back to the residential facility for another $17 grand. The person I talked to, Andrew, was unprofessional to the point of being rude. Bradford is all about the bottom line and making money. If someone gets help in the interim that's their good luck. Do not waste your time, energy, nor money on this disgusting place."
"I reached out to Bradford due to a dependency on alcohol which concerned me. I was promised after care, however when they found out that my insurance would not pay for an extended care, they treated me like a "nothing". Everyone was seemingly caring and seemed they were truly interested in helping until they found out that I could not come up with $60,000.Everyones attitudes completely changed, and I did not even relive the aftercare that I had been promised. Find somewhere else if you need help. Some people genuinely care."
