"I don’t understand why you wouldn’t do your job as a doctor and run tests on an ER patient especially when they have insurance… no tests except urine, no blood testing and high blood pressure but nothing to bring it back to stable range! Just nausea meds and sent home! You don’t deserve the license or oath given to you! I hope nobody ever treats your family in this manner when they go in for medical assistance! Just laziness!!"

"Housekeeping is not doing their job. Very nasty and germy"

"DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY. We were passing through and a family member had a serious seizure nearby. He was puking in the waiting room and no one cleaned it up. They said "housekeeping is gone for the day." The nurse wasn't wearing scrubs or a mask. Patient was barely able to communicate and they kicked his spouse out of the exam room. They attempted to kick the spouse out of the hospital completely, saying "no visitors." Refused to let family communicate with patient to gauge his decision-making abilities and kept saying he was fine, even though they had to come out to the waiting room to ask about meds and medical conditions because he couldn't communicate this information!! Place is filthy, please Alabama do something about your rural healthcare."

"All of the staff have been caring and very attentive. I've never had a better stay in a hospital. The food leaves a but to be desired but I feel like I'll be great. It started in the er and now I've been in for 3 days. I'm getting great care. I couldn't ask for a better experience"

"Although we had a 3 hour visit, the staff was phenomenal!!!! We had the sweetest nurses that actually took the time to talk to my children to keep from being scared and to help them feel better about our visit. My boys we’re running high fever and hurting all over, the staff immediately tested them. Our nurse was very gentle with my children during the nose and throat swabs that my 4 and 7 yr old didn’t even cry or flinch. They ended up having the flu and one of our nurses even brought them suckers. All during this time they were serving 6 other patients for way more serious conditions. It meant so much to me that even though they were working under a lot of stress they still treated my children like their pediatrician would have."
