"I like Mark Brown, even though my wait was an hour. But after I was diagnosed with skin cancer, I called to make an appointment to have it removed. A very aggressive woman got on the phone and said that I had to pay a $30 no show fee before I could have an appointment. I hadn’t missed an appointment and I told her so. She was rude and uncaring even though she was in the wrong. She finally agreed to waive the fee ‘just this once’ as though it was a favor. I have to see a surgeon to remove my skin cancer now and when I called to get my pathology report sent to the surgeon, I was put on hold and the same woman got on the phone and started speaking to me in the same aggressive manner as before. I will never go back there again and all I need is my records and skin cancer pathology report without having to deal with this staff again."

"I’ve had ver pleasant experiences with Bay Shore from text reminders of my visit to end of visit. I’ve never had to wait for more than a couple minutes to see physician and in room for no more than 10 or 15 total. I felt that I got answers to my questions."

"Dr Cheshire was our doctor but his staff do not relay pertinent information nor messages to him accurately - if at all. A good MD with an apathetic support staff is akin to having an indifferent doctor. A formerly reliable practice, I’ve had to find new one after decade."

"I've had nothing but a pleasant experience here. Sarah Peters, that was wrong of them and it is hard to reach them in the instance like you had, I had similar but on my surgery day trying to let them know I would be a bit late due to unforseen traffic but I had already filled my paperwork out. Still that should never had happen but don't blame the doctor tell him about it. Dr Cheshire is very good. He has spotted several basal cell skin cancers removed them and stitched it without any scaring. He does great work and a pleasant personality. Shouldn't let staff decide the choice in your physician. Staff can be replaced a good physician is not easily found. I would recommend Dr Cheshire to everyone."

"I was told that this place was good so decided to try it out. I drove an hour just to get there and called them twice to double check my directions while on my way there. I walked through the front door and sat down thinking this place looks nice. Next thing I know the office ladies are saying that my appointment is cancelled and come back later. I ask them why and they say I should have been there 20 min earlier to fill out papers (only 2 of them). I tell them that they never told me I had to do so but I can fill them out now. They say no because the doctor is already over booked and so I can't see him or fill out the paper work intill I call them and set up another appointment at a later date. They where rude and disrespectful. They could have easily told me when on the phone that I had to be their earlier then I was told or that they screwed up and scheduled to many people. I will never be going here again!"
