"Had an exam the end of May beginning of the June trying to get the prescription so we can order contact elsewhere and it’s been a runaround since the first time we called if the doctor is not there to sign it to this day and it’s almost August. The prescription has still not been signed and cannot get his prescription to get contacts Experience when addressing this situation steer clear of this place"

"I researched a lot of places to go to get my eyes checked. I was referred to Eyeglass World by my niece because she had such a good experience there. When I got there everyone was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Getting my glasses was so easy and Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me about my exam. I want to say thank you to Becky, Tamyra and Mike. I will definitely be back."

"When you drive 25 minutes to your appointment, they will tell you they can’t access your insurance so you will either have to reschedule or pay out of pocket for your exam, paying $120 and YOU will have to submit documents to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Oh but rest assured, the “other side” can run your insurance if you would like to buy contacts/glasses and the many many many “upgrades” they will try to push on you. Ridiculous."

"probably the worst experience i’ve ever had getting new glasses. none of the staff were personable. i went in for an appointment, came in early, and still didn’t get seen until after everyone else had left an hour later. the ladies in the exam area won’t speak to you or glance your way unless it’s for instruction or payment. i hope the woman with long white hair has the day she deserves. tamara is the only one in there with a customer service bone in her body. thank you for being the only person in there who was nice enough to speak to me at all and didn’t make me feel like a burden to help. truly, for charging people $300 just to see, the absolute least you could do is smile and make people feel kind of, SORT OF welcomed. keep your attitude and rbf at the door. if i didn’t have to pick my glasses up i promise you wouldn’t catch me dead in this store."
