"This is a terrible place because they are understaffed. Every time I come here it's always something wrong or like today they paused the screening because they claimed they ran out of supplies. Why would you even open the center if they are low on supplies. It's stupid. And plus wen stuff go wrong the manager doesn't even come out to let everyone know wats going on. And the staff just walk around all careless and free because they know they got a break from serving the customer. This place is a discrace. Plus most of the staff are very RUDE"

"My experience at cal plasma was not a good on. Wen I got to the donor chair Mrs CEE CEE WAS VERY RUDE AND TRYING TO EMBARRASS ME. FOR HER OWN FULFILLMENT INSTEAD OF DOING HER JOB. I AM FILING BIG CONPLAINT AGAINST HER. It doesn't make any sense we are not children anymore. She also told me wen I donated on jan.17 in a ride way that she hates she always ends up with me to administer the needle or whatever. CEE CEE is very very rude and y'all shouldn't tolerate horseplay that she does while at work"

"Terrible. With no other donors waiting I still had to wait over 4 hours to donate. 3 other new donors already left. So that's the real reason these companies struggle for donors. You receive better service being booked into the City Jail."
