"Had an experience with CSL after the recent storm in Tallahassee when businesses were shut at different intervals of time until electric and phone services were restored. My issue was not CSL. I live 40 miles away and drove over twice unecessarily after restoration was restored due to the fact I registered online, for a donation at different organization. Used an app at home. Thinking I'd be smart and if CSL was still closed would just go over there. The other location was closed also. Because of the limitations how often you can donate in a week the online registration at a different facility counting even though no donation was made. After restoration to Tallahassee of electrical services, the online pre-registration at the other facility counted me as making a donation blocking me. Here's the bottom line, one of the representatives there named TAYLSIA at CSL not only fixed my siuation but genuinely cared. She was compassionate, helpful and got my schedule back on track. This review is to give her kudos for her heart and support. I didn't feel like it client I feel like a friend. Thank you TALAYSIA."

"I stopped donating here last summer after a phlebotomist entered my vein THROUGH A TENDON and left me crying for the entirety of my donation. I needed the money, so I returned today only to find them incredibly inefficient. The staff were all pleasant. There just wasn't a clear procedure established for what I ought to be doing. I was told I'd get new donor compensation because I had lapsed and was told I wouldn't. I was told I didn't need to see a nurse and then that I did. The kiosk did not register my answers and I was told I'd have to stand in line and answer all 63 questions AGAIN. My blood pressure was high (shocker) and I decided to leave instead of continuing with the frustrating process. I wasted two hours for nothing."
