"My son has been going here for about 3 years and he usually gets good care from Dr Rickoff. However, Paula, who handles the billing, lacks customer service, compassion and could care less about his patients. We have always paid our bill, but she was going to send us to collections over FIVE DOLLARS, which was a mix up on his insurances part. We were never contacted by phone or email about this bill or we would have obviously paid it right away. When I let her know how upset I was over this, her response to me was, "well I have no control over the bills once the post office has them". Really??? A simple phone call to let us know would have solved the issue. How petty can one be??"

"Recently relocated to Pensacola. Several neighbors in Nature Trail subdivision recommended Dr Scott. I had surgery on in-grown toe-nails on both feet. Surgery was completely successful and working with Dr. Rickoff was a wonderful experience. Best office staff I've ever encountered. Dr. Rickoff is a fine listener and communicator. I felt part of the decision-making process at every stage. Good, old-fashioned, from-the-heart medical care. Wish there were more like him!"

"I've had foot problems on and off over years. Other doctors used only steroid shots and shoe inserts that were only temporary reliefs and did not address the root of the problem. Dr. Rickoff 's treatment accomplished what other doctors could not. I have been without foot pain of almost a year. The office is a bit run down but Dr. Rickoff's knowledge and the ability of the staff make up for that."

"If I could post a zero I would. My son is a patient of Dr. Rickoff's and has an infected toe because of an ingrown toenail and is in a lot of pain. I call to make an appointment but he refuses to see him because I don't have an actual physical insurance card. He has the information on file and nothing has changed. I have the information via messages from my ex husband but that is not good enough. My ex husband doesn't even have a card and I have never gotten one. It's never been an issue in 16 years with any doctor or hospital or medical facility and it wasn't an issue the last time he was seen by Dr. Rickoff he saw my child and I didn't have the physical card. So now I have to search for another doctor who will have to see my son as a new patient and form a new trusting relationship between him and my child. It's not right."
