"IDK what happened to this place but they are not the same place I started goin to 2 years ago. They are very slow now. I sit in the seat for 30 minutes before someone finally comes and hooks me up to start my cycles. If it’s not convenient the whole plasma donation experience becomes in question whether it’s worth it or not. I used to be in and out in an hour. Now, I’m there 2-3 hours each time. They are also very slow to unhook people. After sitting there for two hours I usually have to use the bathroom and I’ll sit there for a while holding it in cuz they take their time unhooking you too. I hope it gets better before I change centers. UPDATE. I am no longer gonna donate here. They made me drive across town for no reason instead of leaving a message to tell me I need to give another sample. They play too many games with people here and I’m done !"
"Just started there. Very chill. Everyone seems nice and it’s quiet and clean. Money right now is so much better for new donars. This is my be home for plasma donations."
"This place should be the commercial for Bio Life. Total prison culture. No longer outreach friendly. Will be letting other counselors know not to send clients there. I myself in the past was willing to overlook all my own bruises from botched iv's, dirty waiting room, staff's inability to agree on draw and return procedure making people sick. I figured they were new and would work out the issues. They have not. They still and consistantly treat most donors like beggars and criminals. If they hurt you, seesaw around in your arm til its purple...the attitude is theyre doing you the favor. Recently, after watching them boot donors because of their past and their old tattoos, i've seen enough. This place disguses itself as an addition to the community and it is the opposite, effectively contributing to a cycle of poverty for low income clients and making a living from it. if you are trying to clean up your life do not come here, they will discriminate against you There are better places to go where they follow medical procedures and leave their personal opinions out of it, like a REAL LAB. So embarassed i ever suggested this place to anyone."
"Their blood pressure cuff couldnot get a reading so they wouldn't let me donate. After 3 failed attempts to get a reading they deferred me. Their staff up front are rude and rarely even talk to donors, In the back they are too busy talking to each other and are not afraid to use profanity around us and rarely speak to donors. Worse place in pensacola to donate."
"I want to start off by saying each and every person I interacted with was so friendly and polite. I have had very unfortunate experiences at 2 other plasma locations here in Pensacola. Today started with Keenan who greeted us (my husband and myself) and verified our information. She also checked us in after putting all of our information in the system. She was so sweet and answered the few questions I had. Second was the young lady who took my stats. I feel horrible that I didn't get her name. She also was very friendly and engaging. My nurse that did my physical was Venetta (hope I spelled this correct). She and I got down to business but we also laughed and she made me very comfortable. She answered any questions and explained that respect is given always on both sides. She was wonderful. Taylor is who hooked me up to the machine who had the hardest job. She got me the first stick. Amazing. No fishing around. Also very chatable. I do talk alot. JD took me off the machine when I was completed. Best total experience I have had at any business in the past that I can recall. I highly recommend this place to everyone."
