"Yesterday's visit did not go well. I came in straight from work-5:30 appt.. It took about 30 minute wait in line for vitals. Then waited in line for donation. After an hour I just left because it would have taken at least another hour before I even got into a chair, then 45 min to an hour for the actual donation. I hadn't had anything to eat since lunch so I absolutely had to leave. It should not take that long with an appointment. I gave 3 stars because I have had good experiences in the past."
"Everytime when I come in I explain that I am having issue on line when attempting to schedule for my next donation. The staff will pleasantly set me up and get me right into a chair. That's great but it's my next appointment I have problems with. i.e. if I have to make changes I would leave, number and my name Noone ever calls back. They don't answer the phones."
"This place is under staffed and managed very poorly. They have an appointment system but that seems to have no cap to the amount of people who can sign up in a particular time slot. They first couple of visits, it will seem great, they will have a great promotion and they will skip you to the front of the line, it will seem worth while at first, a couple hundred dollars a week for a couple of hours of your time, but after that it is not worth it. It is possible to spend about 5 hours for $40 while you watch them skip 8-10 new donors in front of you due to poor management and scheduling. The plasma industry overall must love the Biden administration because they are making bank off of people's desperation to buy groceries."
"If I could leave no stars I would!! Biolife is a joke!! My bf went last Wednesday for the first time and was there for 5 hours which I understand you have to do the physical and all that but it still shouldn't take that long!!! He went back on Friday to donate and again was there about five hours!! He was waiting for two hours just to get stuck this is absurd most centers are 45 min to and hour and a half!! So we just called to talk to the manager about this and she was very rude and said if you don't likeit go someplace else but that is not the point!! She also said she can't control it if there is multiple appointments for the same time or if people call out which is not our fault or our problem either!! I'm not trying to be that person but donating shouldn't take that long what happens when u have to work or what about your children you can't count on going in and getting out in a certain amount of time like other places!! And the rudeness they treat you like a piece of meat!!"
"This place is ridiculous, will turn you down for EVERYTHING. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Bloody tissue on the NASTY floor. And I doubt people are taking the extra step to wash their hands after using the bathroom with the broken sink. Thank god I passed so I can listen to the donator next to me talk on the phone. How annoying. Shouldn’t be allowed. Just found out I got $50 on my 3rd donation because I was denied so many times. Nice to know NOW there’s no $90 or $100 for me anymore after waiting all this time. This place is awful."
