"To say I’m shocked at the influx of positive reviews is an understatement, but I’m nevertheless glad everyone who has reviewed thus far had a more pleasant experience than myself. If I could leave zero stars, that would be more fitting. The receptionist has no problem and in fact, LOVES to remind every patient in the waiting room how busy and how double booked they are, and how we all just need to sign in and be patient, as if this isn’t a waiting room and we weren’t aware, or as if she was not the person in control of the schedule this entire time. Her and Doctor Borcicky both left patient sensitive paperwork all over the receptionist desk and atop client sign in sheets, and then walked away from them for anyone to pick up, among a slew of several other HIPAA violations. Furthermore, after going back and forth for over half an hour and continuously arguing and repeating myself as to why I’m here and providing document after document so that I can receive care, I had enough of the severe lack of tact, empathy and consideration for their patients (yes, not just me) as well as the very poor job in ensuring patient privacy, I calmly requested my paperwork back to find another doctor. The response? “Well anywhere you go is going to be this busy!” And “wow, I’m so glad you’re finding another doctor!” As if to say she’s so glad she doesn’t have to deal with me. This after merely saying “it’s alright, we’ll make some other calls. Thank you!”; Aside from the fact that I refuse to be mistreated so casually by medical staff, I would strongly urge anyone looking for a podiatrist to seek better care. Although I did not complete my appointment with this doctor, I personally would not put my health or the privacy of my health at risk, and it seems like that’s all you get here."

"Dr Borcicky was a cool; down to earth guy who knows what he’s doing! He explained the procedure from start to finish, and The aftercare that would be needed in great detail. We even talked about, and listened to music the whole time. The two ladies he has helping him were the same way, and they all made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out, I will be going back next week for a check up and to have my other toe done by him!"
