"I love Dr. Gaines at this office, he is very attentive and shows deep concern for his patients. Unfortunately I do not think I will be going back because on 2 occasions when leaving a message it took days for the nurse to call me back. On one occasion I believed I had a UTI and asked if I could drop off a sample so they could test it. The next day the nurse called back and said “the doctor wants you to take these antibiotics.” Knowing how complicated my kidneys seem to be I have had pain before with no UTI, so I found it odd that they prescribed me something without a urine sample. A few weeks later I had a regular appointment with my doctor and he had no idea that they prescribed my antibiotics, he hadn’t heard a thing and said he was glad I didn’t take them. It’s now been a few weeks since that appointment and I now have a kidney infection. I called the office and let them know that I was having fever and to see if my doctor had any appointment for that day. The lady on the phone said they did have appointments but the nurse would call me back to confirm if I could come in. I still have not received a phone call. I ended up getting in with my primary care doctor, which defeats the purpose of having a doctor dedicated to trying to treat my kidney issues."

"If i could give 0 star I would. This office was very unorganized. I brought my granny in to be seen. We arrived 40 minutes early. I asked the un welcoming staff if she needed labs. I was told no. We waited for over an hour just to have the Dr come in and say we needed labs. He told me since he didn't have labs there was nothing for him to review with us on the visit! When we walked out of the clinic room none of the 6 staff workers that were present directed us to what we needed to do next! I had to demand attention and interrupt there conversation about an oyster house visit they were planning to have on Thursday! Im talking to my granny's referring doctor to have her referred else where! To the Office Staff: When patients arrive check with there doctor to see if they need lbs. Be more welcoming and helpful to patients! ALL patients are important and the patient always comes FIRST! In a world where you can be anything... BE KIND!"

"Recently starting around November it is impossible to get the front desk to answer, I had to call my nurse to cancel My appointment after several attempts to call the front desk. New front receptionist is definitely much needed. All other staff especially my nurse is very friendly and professional. I usually don't complain, but now it has become ridiculous."

"I have been a patient with dr. Kleinman for 6+ years. All of his employees are top-of-the-line people. They are professional and compassionate. They take wonderful care of me each and every single time I go there. What I'm going through health-wise is sometimes pretty horrifying dr. Kleinman and all of his staff make it bearable.
