"I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in April, I was informed by Dr. Del Ferrio's Nurse I had 4 times the normal enzyme level,(possible cancer) and then never hear back from the Dr again. Incompetence, miscommunication, ignorance are just of a few Adjectives to describe this dr and staff."

"Front desk does not communicate properly! And the nurse says does not call to let you know that you cannot do a virtual appointment. I’ve always done them. They wanted me to come in because I haven’t been in in a while like I said I usually do virtual cause I cannot drive. I can’t just call anyone and have them take me to the appointment. It has to be arranged and they should know this they’ve been told numerous of times, called in April and told them my sugars have been running over 250 for months now and could not get an appointment. Till June, I emailed them through patient portal on Friday and they tell me they can get me in on Monday and I said that would be fine as long as it’s virtual I never got a call saying that I couldn’t do virtual. The nurse decides to email me through patient portal, which I obviously didn’t get the email, spoke to them this morning and they tell me I can get a virtual and set it up for 2:30 after I paid for the appointment I get a call saying that I couldn’t do virtual I’m so sick and tired of this office and the rude disrespect from the front desk. It’s not like it used to be, the nurses are rude."

"On my way to scheduled appt.when I got a call to schedule the ultrasound that I was on my way to have. I had taken off work already and decided to go anyway and ask questions about some of the things I've been experiencing over the last year. Every time I spoke, I was interrupted and over talked. Then when he was in the back with his nursing staff and reps, he said I have a weak will. I found this to be grossly inappropriate, unprofessional behavior that ruined any chance of building trust with him so there was nothing more to say. I left and canceled all appts. His office did call me multiple times and I did not answer. He did also call me that evening but I declined to speak to him. An apology means nothing, I just hope he changes his behavior so future patients don't feel the way I felt or get treated the way I did."
