"Absolute worst experience ever, refused my refund of only 150$ while in my warranty period. owner called me a fa****, and when I picked up my dryer didn't even run after the owner promising he himself refurbished it. One of the worst company ethic situations I've ever experienced."
"Spoke with Collette about a refrigerator. Asked if there was anyway to test a water despensor and ice maker before purchase since they don't warranty the ice maker and water despensor. She said no. I said that sounds like bad business and thanks anyway. Then she tells me if I want one that's guaranteed, they have new ones and if I don't like how they do business I can take it elsewhere.then I ask about a new one and she says they don't actually guarantee those either. Guess I'll take it elsewhere. Rude and then tells you one thing and then turns and tells you something else."
"Bought a kenmore dryer from them but it had the wrong cord I needed. They changed the cord for me plus loaded it in my truck. It came with a 90 day, parts and labor warranty that I never needed to use"
"Bought a clothes washer from them in the past (2016). My old roommate is still using it. Dropped off my current one on Saturday and picked it up on Sunday due to some mechanical issues. Great service, fast turn-around, good pricing and very easy to talk to! Won't go anywhere else to get my appliances repaired. Only wish he made house calls! :-) My refrigerator dispenser needs repairing and the refrigerator is full of food. Highly recommend!!!! Addendum: A year later and had to take my clothes washer back in for another repair. Again, great service, fair price and fast turn-around. Keep in mind; I have an old non-HE clothes washer and Appliance Plus keeps it alive! Thank you! Won't go anywhere else!"
"I needed a fuse for my dryer that had stopped heating. I checked the big box stores and it would have been a least a week before they could get it in stock. I called appliance plus and they had just what I needed, with a fair price. I'll be checking here first for all my appliance repair needs from now on. Super friendly customer service also."
