"This “gym” is good place to use if you are already in shape. If you are a beginner or want to start working out I would not recommend. They are very over priced for a 60 min work out. And you do the same thing every time you come in. 30 min circuit and 30 min on the treadmill. for the amount of money people pay I thought it would be different. And they charge you a separate fee of 120$ on top of your membership for the heart rate band monitor. That should be included because the whole point of this place is getting your hear rate up during the work out. And if you choose to have the “unlimited” plan it’s not unlimited. I tried signing up for classes everyday for the month and you can’t. The trainers and faculty is very clean and nice the people are nice but I wouldn’t recommend to people."
