"We often visit from out of town and always make it a point to do a drop-in when able at 239; it’s one of our favorites for the area! Sarina, her staff, and the members are always welcoming and friendly. We are always treated like we are their regular members; the workouts are humbling and challenging, and the staff always help correct technique or form if needed. We’ve made some friends during the few times we’ve been there, and they remember us when we return each year - they’ve even recommend some great local places to visit that have never disappointed! Overall, this is a great gym and great group of people. The plan is to relocate to this area in a few years, and we plan to make CrossFit 239 our home when we do! "I was dropping in for two weeks and didn't want to leave. Samira and her team are very professional as well as welcoming. The staff and its members are friendly, welcoming, and very supportive. This box has enough parking and it is very clean (workout areas AND bathrooms). The music is also a big plus, it varies and it is gym appropriate. Highly recommend to anyone considering passing by or even joining."
