"Love it here, they have a ton of amenities. Never seems to be too busy there are always free weights and machines available. The facility itself is very clean and majority of staff are friendly and customer service oriented. The only downside is their hours. M-Th they are open until 9, Friday they are open until 8, which isn’t very good for me as a nurse working right at the hospital on campus. By the time I get off work and get changed, I’m lucky if I get 15 mins to workout. And forget weekends because they close at 5 so if I work weekends I won’t even be able to go when I get off at 7:30. If they could even be open until 9 seven days a week they would definitely be 5 stars."

Customer service is excellent, especially Jeffrey taking care of the front desk by himself. 5 stars for him. Also, I want to recommend the cleaning lady Miggy. She is always busy doing her job and at the same time being nice and respectful to the customers. Thank you."
