"Great Studio! A very inviting a space with a spiritual feeling that helps you feel grounded. Preston does a excellent job presenting different yoga classes. No two classes are the same. He adjusts your poses as needed and works with you on an individual basis according to your abilities during class. Recently the studio floor was refinished exposing the original wooden floor underneath which adds to an inviting, contemplative experience. Highly recommended!"
