"Warning: Do not trust this business with your credit card. I was a customer for 10 months and cancelled my subscription in person, but they overcharged me for 18 months. Despite promises to refund me, I still haven't received the check after waiting a month. I'm trying to contact the owner to resolve this issue. If I receive my refund, I will update this feedback. Until then, I advise caution when dealing with this business."

"So utterly disappointed in this studio. Owner and front girls are out of their mind. They won’t let me cancel my memebership.. even if you call and they TELL YOU you’re not going to be charged, they will charge you anyways. I am in the middle of a case with my credit card because they refuse to let me stop! I am a business owner myself, and I work and live in bradenton, so I am in utter shock and awe that this is how the owner would treat a local with influence in this community. I tried being reasonable, I tried calling an ENTIRE WEEK before I was supposed to be charged, they told me I could cancel and then with no warning at all, charged my credit card AGAIN for $130. Did they call to tell me I HAD TO COME another full month? No. When I called to complain all of a sudden there is a 30 day requirement for cancellation, and she refuses to refund my money even after I was told I wasn’t going to be charged. I cannot even express how shocked I was that the OWNER - Alex, would practice this kind of sketchy business. But beware. They will take your money and never let you stop paying."
