"I have been paying $21.39 a month for a year now. They won’t let you cancel because they keep saying “I’m not authorized to do this” so they make you make an appointment for a manager to cancel. But here’s the catch, the management is never in. It’s just a run around to keep your money flowing in. I’ve called customer support, left emails, better business bureau and a scathing yelp review. I’ve called the payment processing number and it feels like a never ending nightmare. I went in last week & an associate FOLLOWED ME INTO THE LADIES LOCKER ROOM. To tell me I haven’t paid which is not true. My last payment was July 15th $21.39 to get kicked out. This is a scam company. Full of scam artists, do not support."
"bad customer service, provides no way to cancel, Moved over an hour away, website has ZERO contact information on where to mail to cancel. Amped fitness is a scam and a money grab with a sub par gym. Updating review since they respond -- I went to the club in person, the manager was not available and told me I must send a letter to HQ to cancel. and no, your team did not explain that so please don't say that they did. This was approx 9 months ago before I moved out of st pete."
"I would recommend avoiding this particular gym for personal training purposes. The overall experience was quite disappointing - the trainer didn't meet my expectations, the facilities seemed unclean, and the overall atmosphere was less than ideal. They will lie to you and treat you in to see you. Do not trust this man at all cost."
