We highly recommend attending an intro class before joining our FitLot Training Series or Drop-In classes.

Designed for all fitness levels, these one-hour circuit training classes offer a full-body workout twice a week. Train under the guidance of a fitness professional and alongside a group of dedicated community members. To maximize your results, we encourage participants to attend at least 70% of the classes.
